When you log into your account for the first time, you will see a task at the top of your home page to complete before you can move on.
Step 1
Open the task up and enter your working experience under your current license or certification (6 months of experience are required before you can access shifts). Enter the state(s) you are eligible to work in (the state you are licensed in and any additional states you've received reciprocity for). Lastly, enter your certification/license level and tap Submit.
Step 2
If you meet CareEvo's requirements, a follow up task will be assigned to upload your license or certification details. You will need to upload a copy of your license, enter the expiration date, the state the license is for, your license or certification level, and your license number, then tap Submit.
Once this step is completed, a CareEvo representative will manually verify your license/certification is active and that you have completed the required work experience. Please note that this step will be completed during CareEvo's normal business hours, Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5pm Central Time.
Next Steps
After a CareEvo representative reviews your license and experience, you will receive more tasks on your app home page to upload documents and complete the remaining steps to verify your identity. This includes, but is not limited to:
Upload your photo ID, SSN or EIN, CPR card, and TB test results.
Complete your W-9 form.
Verify your consent for CareEvo to run a background check and any required registry screenings.
Some credentials you will be assigned are optional and are only required by certain facilities. Completing optional credentials may increase your access to available shifts.
