Upload Documents

You will need to upload various documents to your CareEvo app so that we can verify your identity and credentials.

How to Upload

From your CareEvo app home screen, open a task assigned to you.
Tap Upload File, then select the correct file from your device.
Fill out any additional required fields and tap Submit.

⚠️ Tip: Always double-check your file before uploading — you’re responsible for all files uploaded to CareEvo and ensuring the information and documents you submit are accurate and legible.

Supported File Formats

Images: JPG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF
Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX
